Arrowhead's BGAN Services
Arrowhead's BGAN Service provides IP-based solutions over satellite that incorporate
the best of newly developed mobile satellite technologies to provide efficient
and cost effective managed services. The solutions use two-way mobile satellite
connections to enable users to simultaneously access data applications at broadband
speeds and pass voice traffic - wherever they are on the globe!
Arrowhead Global Solutions has over 15 years’ experience engineering, interpreting, installing, testing, operating, maintaining, and managing satellite bandwidth and earth terminals for the DoD and civilian agencies.
Fully Managed Services
Arrowhead’s fully managed BGAN Services provide customers with the ability
to provide the benefits of BGAN to single or multiple users across an organization
where users can be divided into work groups based upon customer requirements.
Arrowhead will provide all necessary terminal equipment and accessories, SIM
cards, airtime services, provisioning and configuration services necessary to
efficiently activate, support and account for usage by user or groups as needed.
Arrowhead offers a range of service plans to meet the specific requirements
of our customers.
The flexibility of Arrowhead’s billing system allows us to define alternative
usage packages for customers whose needs differ from our standard offerings.

Service Management Center
Arrowhead’s BGAN Services are actively managed by the Arrowhead
Service Management Center (SMC). The Arrowhead SMC is staffed by highly qualified
technicians (each with a minimum secret clearance) trained to support all aspects
of the BGAN services. Support includes Level 1 & 2 technical support, 24x7x365
operation, as well as formal trouble ticket and resolution processes to immediately
address all terminal and service issues in addition to supporting the standard
BGAN services, the SMC, together with Arrowhead’s engineering and IT groups,
provides application and operation support including network monitoring, design
and integration of new services, performance tuning, security and access, as
well as all aspects of user administration.+
Security Services
BGAN supports all major VPN products and encryption standards, and
Arrowhead Security Services enhance these capabilities in order to meet stringent
security requirements. Specialized security transport and access services are
available for BGAN from Arrowhead including interconnections with SIPRNET and
unique transport of legacy encryption devices (e.g. STU-III) over the network
(details available on an NDA-only basis). With these offerings, Arrowhead is
able to enable government users requiring the following secure services:
