Arrowhead's Telecommunications Solutions
Arrowhead's Telecommunications Solutions Division provides design, installation,
and management services for wide-area and international private terrestrial
and satellite networks.
Arrowhead's Telecom Solutions Division supports all of Arrowhead's U.S. Government
customers, including engineering, furnishing, installing, testing and maintenance
of fiber cable infrastructure; optical networking equipment (DWDM and SONET);
and telecom demarcation/termination equipment. In addition, Arrowhead is a premier
provider for end-to-end leased transport services in support of critical Government
operations, from DS-1 through OC-192. Arrowhead specializes in developing effective
network diversity solutions to improve customer network reliability and availability.
The Telecom Solutions Division is staffed by cleared personnel for classified
requirements.
Products and Services
Managed Bandwidth Services - Provide a broad set of actively
managed, optical wireline and wireless bandwidth services, up to OC-192 capacity,
on a global basis. Perform network performance analysis to improve reliability,
availability and reduce risk of environmental or hostile interference.
Network Systems - Installation and maintenance of optical multiplexing
equipment for high capacity network requirements, from OC-3 to OC-192.
Telephone Systems - Engineer, furnish, install, test, operate
and maintain Central Office (CO), Private Branch Exchange (PBX), and remote
switching equipment and facilities. Complete circuit termination services including
provision and maintenance of all required equipment.
Local Area Networks - Engineer, furnish, install, test, operate
and maintain local area networks (LANs), to include secure wireless networks.
Outside Plant - Install and maintain buried and aerial cabling,
conduits, and vaults, both on-base and off-base. Installation of signal amplifier/regeneration
facilities.
Operations & Maintenance - Provide ongoing Operations &
Maintenance (O&M) service for campus environments and military bases.
Site Survey - Professional site survey services for new installation
of wireline or wireless facilities.
Network Operations Center
Arrowhead staffs a 24x7x365 service management center providing active management
of a full range of network elements and circuits. The center is manned by cleared
personnel, with SIPRNET access.
